Refund Policy

Overview Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, if you encounter any issues, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable files (e.g., 3D models, tutorials) are final. Refunds are not available for digital goods once the files have been downloaded.
Physical Products: Refunds for physical products (e.g., AR merch, 3D printed items) are available under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Custom-made items
Downloadable software products
Gift cards

Refund Process To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at OFFICIALCREATION.ART@GMAIL.COM.

Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to: [your physical return address]. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
